Scheduling changes

Description

It used to be that specifying a schedule based on date ranges and days of the week would AND those fields together, allowing schedules such as running on the first and third Sundays of each month to be possible, but it appears to be OR’ed now. The AND behavior is also how cron schedules behave. Also, threshold_days appears to be ignored now as well.

Also tried to report this within the System > Support section, but Login to Jira doesn’t update anything on the form, and the Category field remains unselectable, preventing any submission.
