First time accessing a Minio deployment the webui button launches portal is 0.0.0.0:30001

Description

I added/configured MinIO Enterprise SNMD HTTP on the M50g1-115.dc1.ixsystems.net running ElectricEel-24.10-RC.1-INTERNAL.3

The first time I accessed Minio using the Web UI button it opened a browser window to 0.0.0.0:30001
I corrected the IP to 10.220.16.85:30001 and it now works.
I talked to Grace and she also had that issue

Staveros also had the issue and asked me to put a ticket in for it

note that the host can be a custom domain, eg cloud.example.com Currently is not implemented on my side, for any apps, but will be added. So do that only if host is 0.0.0.0

http://0.0.0.0:30001/ is received in portals in app.query collection change event.
