UI sending improper payload for outbound activity

Description

Seen on system A running ElectricEel-24.10.0-INTERNAL.1 and system B installed with Dragonfish-24.04.2.3-INTERNAL.1

The system has IPv4 configured. Outboard Activity is set at Allow All.
I enter the IPv6 Gateway address. Once saved Outboard Activity is set to Deny All (see video)
