hdparm -C not working properly

Description

hdparm -C is not working anymore.

Seems to be a Kernel Problem according to the kernel mailing list and has been fixed in 6.6.47:

While it seems to be an `hdparm` bug, which I am not sure even affects anything in base TrueNAS functionality, it might be beneficial for now to follow the upstream Linux to avoid other surprises. Lets merge the mentioned upstream LTS commit: "Revert "ata: libata-scsi: Honor the D_SENSE bit for CK_COND=1 and no error"" into EE.1.
