Error when trying to pass an NVIDIA GPU to an app

Description

When I try to pass my Quadro P400 to Jellyfin I get an error

Seems to be related to https://ixsystems.atlassian.net/browse/NAS-131816 as this also prevented me to update my Jellyfin app when I had the GPU set. I unset the GPU to update and then tried to re-add the GPU resulting in the described error

Hello, yes it’s the same issue. You are seeing the message now as I’ve added the check on the latest lib to catch those issues earlier.
Which surfaced the bug. Please follow the https://ixsystems.atlassian.net/browse/NAS-131816 ticket for the resolution.
