Custom Apps and custom YAML apps do not start after restart

Description

Hi!

I have multiple custom apps, and custom YAML apps as well. Whenever I restart my TrueNAS these apps do not start automatically. Every other app from the TrueNAS catalog does start automatically.

As mentioned, both yaml and custom app have to have restart policy set to something else than no.

Start of containers after a reboot is handled by docker, and docker respects the restart policy.
