Add websocket events for datasets/zvols

Description

When new dataset or zvol is created, no way to catch this event on UI side to refresh available directories in file list component.

AR:

  • no events

ER:

  • emit added/changed/removed events on such actions

It’s a decent idea but we’ve got no plans on doing anything related to events right now. We are actively migrating over to the new api schema definitions and we’ve actually discovered a mess of issues related to events in general. We will be improving/fixing events sometime in GE (or HM) but we’re going to be getting the API converted right now.
