Apps - UI validates `uri` type more strictly than middleware

Problem/Justification
Setting `type: uri` for an input in apps wizard will not allow a uri like
`mqtt://server:1234`

Well it doesn’t work with ws://
either, which is valid on
Looks like UI does a regex validation here
Even if we ignore the mqtt, which I’m fine. There seems to be a desync between mw and ui.
