apps not running

Description

ok so this is a product of me trying to get a static ip . after i got one truenas would not connect to my router after a few tries i was able to establish a connection, enough to be able to update truenas. when i went to configure plex it said "apps not running" and plex was no longer on my list . i tried to reinstall it but it keeps bringing up errors like im setting something wrong. i double and triple checked but everything looks normal yet plex will not install
