App Widget Shows "App undefined" in edit mode & after

Description

Add App widget.
Enter edit mode for the app widget.

AR: I see an App «undefined» not found. Configure widget to choose another app. message.
ER: I should see valid form data.

Noticed that my advice in this PR as well fixes this issue.

Will check it once again once it’s merged and close it if it’s fixed.
