Apps working but not showing up on the web-ui after every system reboot

im having a strange problem which i think i have seen someone else also facing a while back.whenever after a system reboot my apps dont show up as running in the web-ui but i can fully access them on their respective ports. theres a fix though to 1- unset the pool and then 2nd set the pool again however i cannot afford to do that everytime this happens .
if somebody has any idea please help.thankyou .
i have tried all the previous fixes for this but i have seen fair amount of people facing this issue and would like help regarding this.
