Implement warning when choosing Apps pool if you have existing Apps

Description

When choosing the Apps pool it should warn you if you already have existing Apps installed as those then get deleted without warning if you change pool.

Problem/Justification

Avoid data / config loss of installed Apps

Its not a bug per-say just an improvement suggestion people don’t have to suffer like I did
