CPU overview widget uses "primary" color not hardcoded blue for chart

Description

The CPU overview widget uses the "primary" blue color for the dashboard, rather than a hardcoded blue color. This means that if/when the primary color is changed (perhaps as a theme), the chart changes also. This is the not the case for any other widget, where the chart colors (blue, orange, purple, ...) remain consistent regardless of the applied theme.

Shown below, CSS “primary” color definition changed from blue to red to illustrate that both the widget buttons and the chart gauge are changed:
