No way to know why a widget is not available

Description

When a widget is not available in the selected size (full, 1/2, 1/4) it is grayed out in the drop down. However, it is not clear what makes it unavailable.

Perhaps we could hint the answer. Here are two ways:

  1. With a tooltip. There are currently no tooltips. Example: “This widget is only available in 1/2 or 1/4 sizes.”

  2. Next to the grayed out name, parenthetically. Example: Last Scan Errors (This widget is only available in 1/4 size)

This could be reinforced with a small note next to the layout buttons:

Such as, “Widget availability varies by size.”
