Default web interface bind

Description

Unsure if issue existed before the RC - the machine console shows that it is listening on all of the Docker IP subnets. With my network interface set to DHCP I could not bind to my LAN IP, only 0.0.0.0/0 was shown as an option.
My own fix was to set my IP to static and then change the web interface ipv4 bind to said interface.

This may be intentional / by design but wanted to report it in case it wasn't.
