Changing server network with DHCP doesn't auto-detect/set new gateway/DNS

Description

Upon first boot of a TrueNAS SCALE system, DHCP is enabled by default and the IP address, DNS, and gateway are all auto-detected and set at boot. This allows users to navigate to the TrueNAS webUI using https://truenas in lieu of having to first discover the LAN IP address of the server.

This automatic detected/setting of DNS/gateway does not happen when an existing system is moved to a new network.

Problem/Justification

When moving a TrueNAS SCALE 24.10 system configured for DHCP to a new network, it will not automatically update/set the new gateway/DNS server. This is problematic for HexOS as the user's system is unable to reconnect to our Command Deck after booting as a result, requiring manual intervention within the TrueNAS UI to resolve the issue.
