Replication task to remote destination creates task but snack bar loads indefinitely

Description

Creating a replication task with a remote destination causes the snack bar to load indefinitely. However, if the page is refreshed or the user exits out of the side panel without confirmation of the task being created, the task appears on the UI. Attempting to run this task results in a failure “Command failed with code 1”Command failed with code 1.

Duplicate of which was fixed last week. When testing things like replication you either need to make sure both systems are on same latest version or use a known-good replication target.
