Steps to reproduce
1. Set Pool for applications
2. Assign a static IP for main network interface (eg 192.168.0.222)
3. Install applications
4. In order to enable a VM to talk to a NFS share on same TrueNAS device, delete an alias (ip) from main network interface, create a network bridge br0, put a main network interface as a member of this bridge, assign the bridge the static ip of the main interface (eg 192.168.0.222), assign a VM br0 interface as a main interface

Expected result

• After every reboot all the applications in docker work as they should and the "Apps" section displays them

Actual result

• After every reboot all the applications in docker work as they should, but the Apps section shows "Applications are not running", "Error in Apps Service", the alert "Failed to start docker for Applications: Docker service could not be started" invoked

• Unsetting and setting back the pool for Docker solves the issue
