Edit some users = call error

Description

This happens on my current fangtooth system as well as a fresh install in a vm.
edit certain users, such as messagebus uid 104 and it gives you a call error.
it is repeatable
seems to start at uid 7 and continues through 130
doesnt seem to do any harm, just the error message. i get this when i hit edit, not when i edit anything.

This is duplicate of already existing UI ticket for cases where user homedir is `/nonexistent`. Generally though minor bug since users should never be modifying builtin accounts.
