Error with instance

Description

1. Created ZVOL
2. Created Bridge
3. Tried installing VM
4. not sure if it worked, wanted to start fresh
5. Deleted ZVOL
6. Now when i try to create new instance it shows error and it's trying to access the VM that was deleted on the ZVOL that i removed.

through the web UI. I don't need to recover anything from the VM or
anything just want to remove all references to it so I can create a new
instance.

Did you delete the zvol through the webui or through shell?
