Fix Cloud SMTP email configuration for authentication

Description

Due to a config bug, the cloud SMTP configuration is currently empty, causing outgoing emails from Cloud to fail. At first I thought this just affected alerts, but it also breaks 2FA and password reset functionality, so the priority is increased.
