I was able to successfully login and could not reproduce the 403 error the customer saw. I will update the docs wiki with configuration notes from Steven.

Steven created a new metadata config for my current host (docker.runner.devops.ixsystems.net:8087) on the test account. I currently cannot login and am working with Steven to debug it.
