UI: System IP validation should allow port number

Description

When registering a new system, the UI needs to allow the user to provide a custom port number.

This is typically done by putting (:<portnum&gt on the end of the IP/Hostname.

Also need to verify that the middleware is not stripping off the port number before initializing the websocket connection.

Middleware Check:
Pre-connection ping test was running on port 80, but the websocket connection in the middleware is respecting custom port numbers just fine.

I just committed a patch to make the ping test also use the custom port number if one is provided.
