Add Basic or none tto outgoing email setup

Description

I understand that we should not be sending email without secuirity, but some enviornments dont require or cant provide TLS.. I would add the ability to set security to none as well as the ability to send email without a username and password..

Closing this ticket since it was already implemented. I will be publicly pushing an updated beta version later this week . Please test that out and re-open this ticket at that time if it is still not satisfactory.

Writing this as of open beta 1.0 release.

We've added a 'PLAIN' option to the security options. We've also added a checkbox to override the credential requirement. These options will be available in the next release.

Let us know if this isn't satisfactory. Otherwise feel free to close this out.
