The option is missing from the networking section when editing the app via truenas apps gui. This is problematic as the IP whitelisting feature predictably breaks when the docker proxy gives every incoming request the same IP. The docker proxy also doesn't populate any headers with the original IP, so there aren't any workarounds other than host networking if you want IP whitelisting.
