This does not appear to be an error in TrueNAS code or regression in functionality. The community forums are available to assist: https://forums.truenas.com/.

Install is from 23.04 upgraded all the way to 24.10.
After upgrading from 24.04.2 to 24.10 perfectly timed middlewared load started to appear.
The task is only using 1 CPU core.
Reverting back to 24.04 fixed it.
