Settings: Account/Change Password (Several issues)

Description

The role of Settings: Account at the top right of the Dash board is confusing:

1. It's not clear that it is for the Administrative Account

2. What might the user do here beyond set the password, which is next. Is this for creating a lesser-priviliged user for administrative purposes?

The role of Settings: Change Password at the top right of the Dash board is also confusing:

1. Username does not appear to matter or peform a function/be saved. Should this be "root" or a list of all users?

2. Current Password is ignored, which is arguably a vulnerability

3. New Password: It is not clear that any of this is for the administrative account

Suggestion: The only obvious role of these based on the information provided is that they are for changing the administrative password. If so, consolidate them as something unambigous like "Change Administrative Password". (Possibly "Update Administrative Password")
