How to reproduce:
Create an Encrypted Pool
Add dataset to encrypted pool
Enter name
Unset Inherit (encrypted)
Attempt to enable the Save button without any encryption values added to the new dataset.
Expected Behavior
Create Encrypted Pool
Add Dataset
Name
Unset Inherit
Also disable Encryption (CORE/Enterprise UI has an additional checkbox)
Save
