TrueNas Scale Freezing, requiring manual reboot

Description

Hi Team,

We have started to have a reoccurring issue where our TrueNas Scale is Freezing up, causing users being unable to access network shares.

The Truenas endless loaded in the Webui and froze up in via SSH after logiin. We have to manually power down and reboot the system via the power button.

Could we please get some assistance with diagnosing the cause and applying a potential fix?
